Designed microservice Admin / Customer / Seller dashboards for ePeepal, Nepal's multi-vendor marketplace. Drove a 30% performance boost and 40% downtime reduction via PWA, Redis, Laravel Horizon, and Laravel Nova. Shipped Gurudai (formerly Shreevahan), a ride-sharing platform with rider/customer apps, heatmap APIs for geo-sorted dispatch, and a Cargo Air Logistics system.
